Julie Orchard, SHRM-CP

Julie is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer for Providence - Inland Northwest Washington Service Area. Julie has been part of the HR Department at Providence since 2016. She has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource functions. Julie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eastern Washington University and received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2008 and her SHRM-CP in November of 2014. She has served on many boards in Spokane and is currently the Past President of the Washington State SHRM Council and serves on the board of the Spokane Workforce Council. Julie is a proud graduate of Leadership Spokane and equally proud member of INSHRM.
